Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
We will be launching a new range of mortgage products with effect from tomorrow, Friday 15th May.
The refreshed range will include our core residential range (80%, 90% & 95% LTV) along with selected products across our Self Employed (One Year), Interest Only and Affordability Boost ranges.
We will also be launching some competitive Base Rate Tracker products – these will be available to both new and existing customers and will carry no early repayment charges to support your clients who are looking for increased flexibility.
The existing range will be withdrawn to illustrations by close of play today, however existing applications will be honoured until close of play tomorrow.
Intermediary sourcing systems and the web pages will be updated in due course.
