Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are launching six 10 year products across our 80%, 90% and 95% residential new business and existing customer product ranges tomorrow, Friday 8th September .
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted products including free legal fees for re-mortgages, and cashbacks to support customers looking for assistance with fees;
- 10% overpayment facilities across our products, which supports our clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;

Product Update – 65% Large Loan Max Loan
Please be advised that the maximum loan amounts on our 65% LTV Large Loan products for both New and Existing Customers have been updated from £2 million to £3 million, effective from today.
