Launch of Self & Custom Build Products
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing and launching new variable rate Self-Build & Custom-Build products. These products will go live on Thursday 15th February.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Addition of products with no Early Repayment Charges
- Rate reductions of up to 0.46%

Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing the products in our Residential and Interest Only range for both new and existing customers. These products will go live on Tuesday 20th February.
The key highlights are as follows:
- A variety of fee assisted and non-fee products
- 10% overpayment facilities across our products, which supports our clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted
The following products will be withdrawn COB Monday 19th February and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Wednesday 21st February:
