Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Intermediaries are delighted to announce we are refreshing the rates on our 5 year residential products, our 90% 2 year products, North East and LISA Exclusive products on Thursday 16th February.
We are also refreshing the dates on our current 80% 2 year fixed products.
The key highlights are as follows:
– Rate reductions across a cohort of LTV products and up to 0.79%
– No product fees and free standard valuation fees on selected products to support those clients who require assistance with costs;
– 10% overpayments per annum
The following products will be withdrawn COB Wednesday 15th February, any existing applications will be honoured until close of play Friday 17th February 2023.
