Launch of 65% Large Loan Products

I am pleased to confirm that Newcastle Intermediaries will be launching branch new Large Loan products with effect from Monday 13th September 2021.

We will be launching a new competitive two and five-year products available up to 65% LTV, designed to support your higher earning professional clients.

Product Key features:

  • Competitive 2 and 5 year discounted variable products;
  • Loans available from £1.5m – £2m;
  • Free standard valuation on selected products;
  • No early repayment charges on selected products

Launch of Interest Only Products

Newcastle Intermediaries will be refreshing its range of Interest Only products with effect from Friday 17th September 2021.

Mortgage rates are starting as low as 2.09% and with no product fees on selected products.

The revised product range includes the following features;

  • Competitive range of two and five year fixed rate products;
  • Fee assisted products with a free standard valuation (on properties up to £500k) and £500 Cashback helping your clients with their costs;
  • 10% overpayment facilities across all products, which supports our customers who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted. 

These products are supported by our attractive lending policy, the highlights of which are outlined below;

–          Available up to 75% LTV and an additional 5% LTV can be secured on a repayment basis;

–          Affordability will be calculated on an interest only basis;

–          Maximum age for borrowers at the end of the mortgage term is 80

The existing products will therefore be withdrawn from close of business today, Thursday 16th September. No new illustrations will be permitted however, any existing illustrations will be honoured until close of business Tuesday 21st September 2021.
