Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
We are pleased to announce that we will be launching a range of products tomorrow, Wednesday 18th October.
The product highlights are:
- Re-entering the two year 95% LTV space with a range of competitive products;
- Significant rate reductions across selected products including five year 95% LTV, Deposit Unlock, Shared Ownership and GFHS;
- Introduction of two year BTL products with percentage based fees following feedback from our Intermediary Distribution team;
- Fee assisted features on selected products for those customers who require assistance with costs
The following products will be withdrawn COB today, and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Friday 20th October:
