Mortgage Product Launch
We are delighted to announce we are refreshing the rates across our Self Employed, Government First Home Schemes, Buy to Let, Interest Only and Self Build propositions, launching tomorrow, Wednesday 19th April.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Making significant rate reductions across our Self Employed, Government First Home Schemes, Buy to Let, Interest Only and Self Build propositions;
- Introduction of fee assisted Interest Only products to support clients who are looking for assistance with costs;
- Introduction of a 2 year Government First Home Scheme to complement our existing five year product, supporting clients who are looking for a short term product;
The following products will be withdrawn COB today, any existing applications will be honoured until close of play Thursday 20th April 2023.
