Important Information – Launch of Mortgage Products
I am pleased to confirm that we are reducing rates across a selection of current on sale products by up to 0.20% with effect from tomorrow, Tuesday 21st April 2026.
Furthermore, we will be re-launching a range of Shared Ownership, Buy to Let & New Build (95% LTV) products supporting your varied clients needs.
This follows the re-launch of our Government First Homes product this morning.
Existing products will therefore be withdrawn to illustrations from close of business today, however any existing applications (where an ESIS has been produced) will be honoured until close of business Wednesday 22nd April 2026.
