Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing our Shared Ownership, Deposit Unlock, Large Loan, Buy to Let, Government First Home Scheme and Joint Mortgage Sole Proprietor range. These products will go live on Thursday 22nd February.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
- Products available for house purchase and re-mortgages

Important Information – End Date Extensions and Product Withdrawals
On Monday 26th February, we are extending all product end dates which currently reflect 30/06/2026 and 30/06/2029 to 31/07/2026 and 31/07/2029. Buy to Let end dates will be extended to 31/08/2026 and 31/08/2029.
Please be aware the only changes to the products are the codes, end dates and ERCs.
Furthermore, we are withdrawing the below products COB Friday 23rd February and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Monday 26th February:
