Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
We are further reducing rates on our fee assisted 2 year 80% LTV products with effect from tomorrow Tuesday 15th April.
Rates will reduce to 4.85% and will include a re-mortgage exclusive product which offers a free standard valuation and free legal fees to assist customers who require support with costs.
Furthermore, there will be rate reductions on selected products made available to our existing customers at both 70% & 80% LTV.
The existing products will therefore be withdrawn from close of business today to illustrations and close of business Thursday 17th to applications.
