Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing our existing customer standard residential range. These products will go live on Wednesday 25th September.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Reductions across our 60%, 80%, 90% & 95% LTV product rates by up to 0.36%;
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
The following products will be withdrawn COB Tuesday 24th September and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 26th September:
