Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
We are pleased to announce that we will be launching a range of products tomorrow, Friday 20th October.
The product highlights are:
- Re-introduction of competitive two year Shared Ownership and Deposit Unlock products;
- Choice of fees assisted products for customers who require support with costs;
- Significant rate reductions across our Self Build range

Mortgage Product Launch
We are pleased to announce that we will be launching two 5 year Buy to Let products tomorrow, Wednesday 25th October.
Furthermore, we are launching a range of acquisition and retention residential, large loan and self-employed products on Thursday 26th October.
The product highlights are:
- Significant reductions across our 90% LTV and Large Loan product ranges;
- Rate reductions across our retention portfolio supporting our existing customers approaching maturity and currently on SVR;
- Expansion of our Self Employed range to include a fee assisted option supporting customers who are looking for help with costs;
- Introduction of five year BTL products with percentage based fees following feedback from our Intermediary Distribution team
