Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Intermediaries are re introducing new products into our Shared Ownership and Self / Custom Build range, as well as launching new residential products across our New Business and Existing Customer range tomorrow, Thursday 27th July.
We are also pleased to announce the launch of two SVR products for both new business and retention, which have been agreed following feedback and will support clients who are looking for the flexibility of having no ERCs.
The key highlights are as follows:
- A range of fee assisted products to support clients who are looking for assistance with costs;
- 10% overpayment facilities across our products, which supports our clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;
