Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
Newcastle Intermediaries will be launching a range of additional products, designed to support a niche cohort of clients, including Interest Only, JMSP, Large Loans and Self Employed on Monday 24th October 2022.
The product ranges include the following highlights;
- Competitive range of 2 & 5 year fixed rate products;
- Fee Assisted products to support those clients who are looking for help with costs;
- 10% overpayments per annum in addition to £499 monthly regular payment facility;
