Withdrawal of Mortgage Products

We have now utilised the tranche on the following mortgage products and to that end, we will be withdrawing these from close of business today Friday 22nd April 2022 to both illustrations and applications.

  • 2.69% Fixed Rate until 31.08.2024 (95%)
  • 2.89% Fixed Rate until 31.08.2024 (Interest Only)

Replacement products will be announced shortly.

Withdrawal of Mortgage Products

Please be advised that we will be withdrawing the following products from availability today:

  • 2.90% Fixed Rate until 31.08.2027 (80%) – EFII204
  • 2.99% Fixed Rate until 31.08.2024 (90%) – EFII187

The tranches for these products have been fully utilised, however new products will be announced shortly. No further ESIS will be permitted from close of play today and no further applications from close of play Tuesday 26th April (subject to tranche).

The tranches for these products have been fully utilised, however new products will be announced shortly. No further ESIS will be permitted from close of play today and no further applications from close of play Friday 29th April (subject to tranche).
