Existing Customer Product Launch
We are pleased to confirm that, following approval this morning, we will be launching a revised competitive range of existing customer mortgage products later today. The revised product range will include 2 & 3 year 80% LTV products with fee assisted options to support our existing customers who require assistance with costs.
We will also be withdrawing the following products from COB today:
- RETN057
- RETN058
- RETN087
- RETN089
No further applications will be permitted as of COB Tuesday 26th September.
Mortgage Product Launch
We are pleased to confirm that we will be launching a revised competitive range of 80% LTV products on Wednesday 27th September.
The revised product range will see rate reductions across our 2, 3 & 5 year 80% LTV products with fee assisted options to support our customers who require assistance with costs. Following feedback, incentives will include no product fees, free standard valuation, £200 cashback or the choice of free legal fees for customers looking to re-mortgage to us.
In addition, we have further rate reductions which will be announced over the forthcoming days to support both our BTL and Interest Only customers.
The following products are being withdrawn COB today, and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 28th September.
