Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
We will be refreshing our core mortgage product range with effect from tomorrow, Tuesday 27th October 2026.
The refreshed range will include:
- Increase cashback on fee-assisted products from £200 to £250.
- Expand remortgage-exclusive products with Free Legal support to capture demand. Alternative cashback products will be available for both house purchase and remortgage providing your clients with increased choice.
- Introduce fee-based core products to broaden choice for your clients prioritising a lower rate over upfront-cost support.
The existing products will therefore be withdrawn to illustrations close of play today however where an ESIS has been produced and a DIP approved, where required, we will honour existing applications until 8pm on Wednesday 28th October.
