Changes to our Lending platform

As part of our ongoing development, we have made some changes to our system which will go live on the 4th August 2022 at 9AM.

Please read through this carefully, the changes are as follows;

  • If you are submitting a case through a Mortgage Club then you will need to assign the Mortgage Club when generating or regenerating the Illustration, please see the guide attached; ‘Submitting a Case through a Mortgage Club’ for detailed instructions.

  • We have made the following changes to our Affordability Checks:

    • The Yes/No car question has changed to number of cars, the 1 car minimum expenditure value will remain at £137.50, however each additional car will increase the minimum expenditure amount by £90 per car.

    • With the continued increase of cost of living the minimum expenditure for a single applicant’s gas and electricity is now £150, additional adults and/or children remains at £10 each.

Attached to this email is an updated version of; ‘Simple Guide to Create a Customer with NHL’ which covers the changes to the application process. The 2 guides mentioned in this communication, along with our System guide can now be located in the Help section in our Lending Platform.
