Please read through this carefully, our Minimum Income changes are as follows;

  • *Joint incomes from £15k to £19999 a minimum Equifax credit score of 350 applies.

  • *Joint incomes from £20k upwards a minimum Equifax credit score of 200 applies.

What do I need to do?

1. If you have produced a Mortgage Offer then you do not need to do anything further.

2. If you have produced a Mortgage Illustration (ESIS) that failed minimum income and the ESIS is still in date, you will now be able to resubmit this by clicking the Orange or Green envelope.

3. If the ESIS is now out of date (as indicated by a red illustration issue date), then please regenerate (click the orange or green recycle icons) and review with your client. Should the minimum income status now pass you will now be able to submit to Lending as normal.

4. If a case was submitted to us but subsequently failed, then please contact us with the ESIS number and we will discuss your options.

Thank you for your continued support. If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01709 441926
