We’re changing our rates
Following yesterday’s Bank of England Rate change Norton Home Loans have undertaken a review of our 1st & 2nd Charge Lending Rates, and with effect from 08.11.2022 there will be a 0.75% increase on all our Lending Plans.
Furthermore, due to continued rate volatility in the mortgage market, we are also removing fixed rates from our 1st charge P1 plans. All other fixed rates will remain.
All Mortgage Illustrations (ESIS’s) will need to be valid PRIOR to submission and we will honour any ESIS until the date it expires or 08.12.2022, whichever is sooner. Any cases after these dates will need to be re-illustrated.
