On Friday 4 July at 9am we’ll be reducing interest rates on a range of products by up to 0.20%
- Reducing fixed rates on buy-to-let new lending products (both limited company and standard)
- Reducing fixed rates on retirement interest-only (RIO) new lending products
- Withdrawing our fee-free RIO products with no replacements at this time
- Reducing fixed rates on higher LTV (> 85%) residential retention products.

Please see below for a list of products being withdrawn tomorrow (Friday 4 July 2025). If you have selected any of these products and submitted a DIP by 9am on Friday 4 July 2025, you will have until 5pm on Tuesday 8 July 2025 to convert and submit a full mortgage application.
Please provide all the mandatory supporting documents, as requested in the portal, when submitting a full mortgage application. Thank you.
