New product launch
On Monday 16th December at 9am, we’ll be reducing rates on selected limited company BTL products, as well as extending end dates on our residential acquisition range. This includes:
- Rate reductions of up to 0.14% for ltd co BTL acquisition products and end date refreshed to 31/03.
- End dates refreshed to 31/03 for residential acquisition products.
For products being withdrawn on Monday, if you’ve selected any of these products and submitted a DIP by 9am on Monday (16/12/2024), you will have until 5pm on Wednesday (18/12/2024) to convert and submit a full mortgage application.
