Product launch notification – including new 85% LTV tier in our foreign national range
On the 19th June at 9am we will be amending our residential and foreign national/returning expat products.
- Rate reductions of up to 0.23% on residential acquisition products
- Rate reductions on 5yr fixed foreign national and returning expat products of up to 0.10%
- Introduction of 85% LTV tier in our foreign national range
For the products being withdrawn tomorrow, if you have selected any of these products and submitted a DIP by 9am tomorrow (19/06/2024), you will have until 5pm on Friday (21/06/2024) to convert and submit a full mortgage application.
