On Friday 22 August at 9am, we’re introducing new Residential acquisition products, these include our re-introduction of lower rate / higher fee residential products for new lending.
- Launching six products with a fees of either £1499 or £1999, with rates from 4.71%
- These new products are available from 60% up to 80% LTV
- 2 year products are fixed until 31 October 2027
- 5 year products are fixed until 31 October 2030
Please see below for a list of products being launched on Friday 22 August. Applications for withdrawn products must be submitted by 9am on Friday 22 August.
