OneFamily Lifetime Mortgages
Products will no longer be available from close of business on Wednesday 19 October 2022. We will monitor the market situation and will assess the right time to re-enter.
OneFamily Advice is not affected by this change. This is a separate part of the OneFamily group that offers whole of market equity release advice direct to customers.
Applications
A full mortgage application needs to be submitted by 5:00pm on Wednesday 19th October, as the withdrawal will take effect from the Thursday 20th October. Producing a KFI alone does not secure an application.
