Please note regarding products:
- All are available up to 75% LTV.
- All have a £299 application fee except the 5-year fixed products with a 3% product fee, which have a nil application fee.
- The 5-year fixed product with a £3,995 product fee is available to HMO/MUB only, has a £299 application fee, and £750 cashback.
