- Flexible ERCs. There is no charge if your client sells, moves, or repays using their own funds. The ERC only applies during the fixed-rate period and only if they refinance, take a new product with us or another lender, or overpay more than 10%.
- 10% annual overpayment allowance during the fixed period.
- Up to 6x income at 95% LTV, and no maximum age, subject to criteria.
