The company will be closing at early on Tuesday 15th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 16th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Advanced warning of product change

We wanted to let you know that we will be making changes to our product range effective from 5pm Tuesday 26th May 2026.

Rates will be increasing for all products across the range. In addition, we will:

  • Introduce 95% LTV lending on new build houses
  • Temporarily remove our RIO products

Applications and any applicable fees for products on our current range must be submitted by 5pm Tuesday 26th May 2026 to ensure an existing product rate. For cases submitted after this time, you will need to select a product from the new range.
