What’s new?
We’ve increased our interest-only lending up to 75% LTV plus we’ve removed the minimum equity requirement on the sale of security. This means fewer declines and even faster decisions.
And that’s not all. We’ve also added these extra shots to the blend:
1. Flats above 20 storeys – now accepted
2. Minimum age – now lowered to 18
3. Lower minimum income – now £10,000
