Precise Mortgages launch new products to support Help To Buy: Equity Loan Scheme 2021-2023, England
As further demonstration of our expertise in the Help to Buy market we are ensuring that we are well placed to support the new Help to Buy Scheme for England, that officially launches from 1st April 2021 but will allow applications from this autumn.
To do this we are introducing 2 new product codes to the range that should be used specifically for applications on the new Help to Buy: Equity Loan Scheme 2021-2023, England. The rates will sit alongside the current range and offer exactly the same rate and fee as the other products available, helping ensure that applications are processed correctly.
