Typically accepted for AVM
Standard construction residential properties, excluding flats
Properties in good condition with no major defects
Properties located in established residential areas with comparable sales data
Buy to let or investment properties with clear, consistent market value
Not suitable for AVM
- Non-standard construction (e.g. concrete, timber frame, thatched roofs)
- Unique, listed, or high-value properties with limited comparable valuations
- Properties in poor or uninhabitable condition
- Commercial or semi-commercial units
- Land or development sites
