Bridging finance product withdrawals
We’re replacing our bridging finance range including refurbishment buy to let bridging on Thursday 27 April.
AIPs submitted before 5pm on Thursday 27 April will be honoured on current rates and remain valid for two weeks after submission. AIPs received after this time will be placed on our new pricing.
New products will be available on our website from 9am on Friday 28 April.

Residential product withdrawals
We’re withdrawing our current range of residential products. A new wider range of products and reduced rates will be available on our website from 9am on Thursday 27 April. Our DMP range, Right to Buy range and Help to Buy remortgage range will remain unchanged.
To secure a product from our current range you must fully submit your applications before 8pm on Wednesday 26 April.
