It’s why we’ve expanded the range of acceptable adverse we’ll accept from customers with less-than-perfect credit histories.
New 2 and 5-year fixed rates up to 80% LTV for the following adverse:
- Defaults – 5 in 24 months
- CCJs – 3 in 24 months
- DMPs – active and recently satisfied
- Missed mortgage/secured loan arrears – 1 in 12 months, 3 in 36 months (worst status)
- Unsecured arrears – not counted
