Mortgage Range Changes – Effective from 1st November 2024
On Friday 1st November, we are making changes to our mortgage range.
We’re decreasing some rates on:
Residential
- Our 5-year fixed 75% LTV Help to Buy Wales product by 0.04%
We’re introducing:
Residential
- 2-year fixed 65% and 75% LTV products (with £1499 product fee)
We’re increasing some rates on:
Residential
- Our 2, 3 and 5-year fixed 65% LTV products by up to 0.16%
- Our 2, 3 and 5-year fixed 75% LTV products by up to 0.13%
- Our 2, 3 and 5-year fixed 80% LTV products by up to 0.17%
- Our 2, 3 and 5-year fixed 85% LTV products by up to 0.10%
- Our 2-year fixed 90% LTV products by up 0.14%
Residential (with cashback)
- Our 2 and 5-year fixed 65% LTV products (with cashback) by 0.10%
- Our 2 and 5-year fixed 75% LTV products (with cashback) by 0.10%
- Our 2 and 5-year fixed 80% LTV products (with cashback) by 0.16%
- Our 2 and 5-year fixed 85% LTV products (with cashback) by 0.10%
- Our 2 and 5-year fixed 90% LTV products (with cashback) by 0.10%
New Build
- Our 2 and 5-year fixed 95% LTV Shared Ownership product by up to 0.11%
- Our 5-year fixed 95% LTV product by 0.08%
