Residential JBSP mortgage products: We’ve Increased the maximum LTV for JBSP from 85% LTV to 90% LTV *Thank You – Our Thank You range is exclusively available to those permanently and directly employed by the NHS. The mortgage property must be located within the following Wales and border postcodes LL, SY, LD, SA, CF, NP, HR, CH1 to CH8. If you are submitting an application for a property in one of these postcodes please contact your BDM or our Intermediary Desk Team. The range holds October end dates. |
