- 5-year fixed 65% LTV product (with £1395 product fee) by 0.13%
- 5-year fixed 65% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.06%
- 2-year fixed 75% LTV products by up to 0.14%
- 3-year fixed 75% LTV product by 0.03%
- 5-year fixed 75% LTV product (with £1395 product fee) by 0.15%
- 5-year fixed 75% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.10%
Residential (with cashback)
- 2-year fixed 65% LTV product by 0.08%
- 5-year fixed 65% LTV product by 0.09%
- 2-year fixed 75% LTV product by 0.03%
- 5-year fixed 75% LTV product by 0.12%
