Mortgage Range Changes – Effective from 12h June 2025
On Thursday 12th June, we are making changes to our mortgage range.
We’re decreasing some rates on:
Selected Residential Mortgages
- 2-year fixed 65% LTV products by up to 0.11%
- 5-year fixed 65% LTV product (with £1395 fee) by 0.10%
- 2-year fixed 75% LTV products by up to 0.07%
- 2-year fixed 80% LTV product (with £895 fee) by 0.11%
- 5-year fixed 80% LTV products by up to 0.17%
- 2-year fixed 85% LTV products by up to 0.09%
- 5-year fixed 85% LTV products by up to 0.11%
- 2-year fixed 90% LTV products by up to 0.10%
- 3-year fixed 90% LTV product by 0.10%
Selected Residential Mortgages (with cashback)
- 2 & 5-year fixed 65% LTV products by up to 0.13%
- 2 & 5-year fixed 75% LTV products by up to 0.11%
- 2-year fixed 80% LTV product by up to 0.14%
