Principality Announcements
We’re making some changes to our product range
Please find attached the product grid for the new mortgage acquisition range to go live at 9am Thursday, 12th December.
The range will hold July end dates.
Residential mortgage product changes:
- Resi 65% LTV rates reducing by up to 0.09%
- Resi 75% LTV rates reducing by up to 0.10%
- Resi 85% LTV range introduced (for FTB only)
- JBSP now offered at 85% LTV
BTL/Holiday Let product changes:
- Rate changes throughout BTL and HL range (increases and decreases)
- All holiday-let products now fee free
All previous product codes will be removed from sale at 8pm Wednesday, 16th November.
