Two Year Fixed Rate Locals Product… Our thank you to the local community
Here at Dudley Building Society, we’ve been providing mortgages for people in the West Midlands, and beyond, for over 160 years. While our reach has extended nationwide in recent times, now more than ever, we recognise the need to support and give back to people in our local communities.
In view of this, we recently launched our Two Year Fixed Rate Locals product, which we have made available only for those located in DY, WV, WS or B postcodes.
The product is available for both purchase and remortgage, offering a greater level of flexibility to local borrowers, with a maximum loan-to-value of 90% for loans up to £1m.
Additionally, we’ve included a cashback facility of £150, for both purchase or remortgage, payable on completion. Further details of the product can be found here.
