We’re removing some of our mortgage products
We continue to see significant increases in demand as a consequence of rapid changes across the mortgage market.
The extent of the current demand has led us to make the decision to remove some of our mortgage acquisition product range on Tuesday, 20th September at 9.00am.
We have not taken the decision to reduce our usual 48hr notice period lightly and are sorry for any inconvenience to you or your customers.

We’re removing the following product codes:
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 90% LTV – 18192
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 90% LTV – 18193
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 (Wales only) 95% LTV – 18197
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 (England only) 95% LTV – 18403
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 (JBSP) 90% LTV – 18205
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 (Thank you mortgage) 90% LTV – 18211
- Fixed until 31.01.2025 (Thank you mortgage) 95% LTV – 18213
