Mortgage Range Changes – Effective from 24th September 2026
Our updated mortgage range will be live on our website 9am, Thursday 24th September 2026.
Our current range will be removed 5pm, Wednesday 23rd September 2026.
Mortgage range changes include:
Rate increases
All 65%, 75%, 80%, 85% and 90% LTV products are increasing by 0.10% excluding the below:
- 2-year tracker 65% LTV products (increasing by 0.15%)

- 2-year fixed 80% LTV products by 0.40%
- 3 & 5-year fixed 80% & 85% LTV products by 0.35%
- 2-year fixed 85% LTV product (with £895 product fee) by 0.40%
- 2-year fixed 85% LTV product (with £1499 product fee) by 0.35%
- 2-year fixed 85% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.35%
- 2, 3 & 5-year fixed 90% LTV products by 0.25%
- 2 & 5-year 90% & 95% LTV Help Shared Ownership products by 0.30%
The above changes also apply to our CIS 6 months and 1-year self-employed products.

- 2 & 5-year fixed 65%, 75%, 80% & 85% LTV products by 0.35%
