We’re making some changes to our range
On Thursday 26th November 2020 at 9:00am we are making some changes to our mortgage range. Please see details below:
Buy to Let mortgage products:
The following Buy to Let product rates are increasing:
- rates across our 60% & 75% LTV 2 year fixed rate product ranges will be increasing by up to 0.05%
The following Buy to Let product rates are being reduced:
- rates across our 60% & 70% LTV 5 year fixed rate product ranges are being reduced by up to 0.07%
Buy to Let products across our 60%, 70% and 75% LTV ranges will include a free basic valuation.
The following Holiday Let product rates are being reduced:
- rates across our 60% & 70% LTV 5 year fixed rate product range are being reduced by up to 0.32%
The range will hold May end dates.
All previous product codes will be removed from sale on Wednesday 25th November at 8:00pm.
