Progressive Building Society Rate Change
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- Standard Variable Rate increased to 5.99% (from 5.49%) from 1st September 2022
- All variable rate products amended to reflect new SVR
- All fixed rate products amended
- New 2 year variable product and new 2 year fixed rate products for New Build introduced at 90% LTV
- 2 year fixed rate products for House Purchase re-introduced at 60% LTV
- Option for free standard legal fees or cashback added to Foreign Currency products for Remortgage
- APRCs recalculated to reflect change in reverting rate
