PROGRESSIVE LOWER RATES
Please note that we are making a number of rate changes across our product range, effective from Monday 7th October.
All changes are noted in red on the attached document. The main changes are as follows:
- Selected fixed & discounted variable rates for House Purchase & Remortgage improved
- Selected fixed & discounted variable rates for Foreign Currency House Purchase & Remortgage improved
- Selected fixed & discounted variable rates for Product Transfers improved
- Self Build rates have been increased by 0.25%
The new rates will be available on our portal from 10.00am on Monday.
Please note that applications for our current self-build rates must be keyed by 9.00am on Monday and must be fully packaged. We will be unable to accept unpackaged applications.
