Progressive SVR Rate Change
You will note the changes are as follows:
- Standard Variable Rate increased to 6.49% (from 5.99%) from 1st November 2022
- All variable rate products amended to reflect new SVR
- APRCs recalculated to reflect change in reverting rate
Fixed Rate Option Progressive Building Society
A constant change in rates at present across the board I wanted to draw your attention to where we are sourcing extremely well.
- 2 year fixed rate house purchase @ 60% LTV no fee
- 2 year fixed rate Re-Mortgage @ 60% LTV no fee
We also are sourcing very well on our discounted variable rates which are becoming more popular.
