New mortgage package
You will note the changes are as follows:
- 90% LTV tier introduced for variable & fixed rate remortgage products
- 90% LTV tier introduced for variable & fixed rate foreign currency remortgage products
You will note the changes to the mortgage package are identified in red in the attached document. I would be very much obliged if you could update your records accordingly.
Please further note that only products detailed on the attached will be available from 7th February 2024.
