Improved Mortgage Rates!!!
Please see attached our lending rates which will take effect for all new applications and product transfers submitted on or after Friday 9th July. You will see there are various tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet separating rates for new borrowers and existing borrowers.
The main changes are:
- Selected variable and fixed rate products for house purchase improved
- 2 year variable rate product for house purchase reintroduced at 75%
- All Re-mortgage products improved
Just a reminder that we will accept new build houses at 90% LTV (70% for apartments) and our renovation re-mortgage product which has been very popular is still available.
