PROGRESSIVE NEW RATES
Please find attached the Society’s revised mortgage package from 10th January 2024.
PLEASE NOTE THEY WILL APPEAR ON SOURCING A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER BUT CAN BE ACCESSED FROM OUR PORTAL
You will note the changes are as follows:
- Selected variable and fixed rates for house purchase improved
- Selected variable and fixed rates for re-mortgage improved
- Variable and fixed rates for renovation re-mortgage improved
- Selected variable and fixed rates for foreign currency house purchase improved
- Variable and fixed rates for foreign currency re-mortgage improved
- Variable and fixed rates for product switch improved
- Removal of restriction of Co-own applications not being available for former NIHE
Please note that there has been a policy change relating to former NIHE products. Previously we had restricted the LTV on former NIHE properties to a maximum of 80% but these are now available up to 90% LTV.
