Progressive Building Society New Rates
Headline new rate
2 year fixed up to 60% LTV 4.90% (£995 Fee)
2 year fixed up to 60% LTV 5.15% ( No Fee)
Discounted Variable starting at 3.39% up to 60% LTV
You will note the changes are as follows:
- Selected fixed rate products for house purchase improved
- Selected fixed rate products for re-mortgage improved
- SVR will increase to 7.29% from 1 February 2023
New Mortgage Package wef 11.01.23
You will note the changes are as follows:

You will note the changes to the mortgage package are identified in red in the attached document. I would be very much obliged if you could update your records accordingly.
Please ensure that the new build products have New Build in the title and are available to source for new build properties – the corresponding products at the same LTV bracket are therefore not available for new build properties.
