Progressive Rate Changes
Our new mortgage rates effective from 14th April.
The main changes are as follows:
- Selected fixed rate products for House Purchase improved
- Selected fixed rate products for Re-mortgage improved
- Selected fixed rate products for Product Switch improved
- Variable rate products for Self-Build improved
- Variable rate products for Foreign Currency Self-Build improved
- Online Exclusive products for House Purchase, Re-mortgage and Self-Build removed
- Standard Variable Rate increased to 7.84% (from 7.59%) from 1st May 2023
